At Vivastyle, we’re committed to ensuring you love what you buy. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. That’s why we’ve created a return policy that’s designed to be as easy and stress-free as possible.

If you decide to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged just as you received it. To keep things fair and safe for all our customers, certain products—such as custom-made or intimate items—may not be returnable due to hygiene or personalization reasons.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. After this period, we won’t be able to accept the item or offer a refund or exchange. To begin the process, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number helps us track and process your return efficiently, and any packages sent without it may be delayed or declined.

Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect the item and let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed using your original payment method. It’s important to note that the final refund amount may be adjusted to reflect restocking charges, return shipping fees, or applicable taxes, depending on the situation.

If you’ve been notified of a refund but don’t see it reflected in your account, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider. If there are still issues, our team is here to help resolve the matter promptly.

Products purchased at a discount are generally eligible for return, though any refund will be based on the actual price you paid at checkout—not the original full price.

If you’d like to exchange an item—perhaps for a different size, color, or variant—just let us know. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the steps. You may be responsible for any price differences and shipping fees tied to the exchange.

To complete your return, simply follow the instructions provided by our support team after receiving your RA number. Carefully package the product, include all original tags and accessories, and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box. For your protection, we recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking.

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee. This helps us cover the handling and inspection of returned items. If applicable, the fee will be explained to you before your return is approved.

Unless we made an error—such as sending you the wrong item or a damaged product—you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs may be deducted from your total refund unless otherwise stated.
